Data Processing Agreement

1. Parties and scope
This Data Processing Agreement (“DPA”) forms part of the agreement between you (“Customer”) and Invictosoft Ltd (“Processor”) when you use PictoSEO to process personal data on your behalf.
2. Subject matter and duration
Processor will process personal data contained in store catalogs, image metadata, user accounts, and support communications solely to provide the PictoSEO service for the term of the customer agreement.
3. Processor obligations
Processor will process data only on documented instructions, ensure confidentiality, implement appropriate security measures, assist with data subject requests, notify Customer of personal data breaches without undue delay, and delete or return data upon termination unless retention is required by law.
4. Sub-processors
Customer authorizes Processor to engage sub-processors for hosting, analytics, and support tools. Processor maintains a list of sub-processors and ensures equivalent data protection obligations through written agreements.
5. International transfers
Where personal data is transferred outside the UK or EEA, Processor implements appropriate safeguards, including Standard Contractual Clauses where required.
