PictoSEO is operated by Invictosoft Ltd, registered in England & Wales (Company No. 15360928). We provide image SEO automation software for e-commerce stores.
2. Data we collect
When you join our waitlist, we collect your email address and optional plan preference. We may also collect technical data such as browser type and referral source to improve our service. We do not sell personal data.
3. How we use data
We use your information to manage waitlist access, send product updates, provide customer support, and improve PictoSEO. Marketing emails include an unsubscribe option.
4. Legal basis
For UK and EEA users, we process data based on consent (waitlist signup), legitimate interests (service improvement and security), and contractual necessity when you become a customer.
5. Retention and rights
We retain waitlist data until you request deletion or no longer need the service. You may request access, correction, deletion, or portability by emailing pictoseo+contact@invictosoft.com.
6. Processors and transfers
We use trusted infrastructure providers (including Neon for database hosting) under data processing agreements. Where data is transferred outside the UK/EEA, we use appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.
