1. Agreement
By accessing PictoSEO or joining our waitlist, you agree to these Terms. The service is provided by Invictosoft Ltd (England & Wales, Company No. 15360928).
2. Service description
PictoSEO helps e-commerce merchants optimize product image alt text and related SEO metadata. Features, pricing, and availability may change during pre-launch and beta periods.
3. Acceptable use
You must not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, upload unlawful content, or interfere with platform operations. You are responsible for ensuring you have rights to process store and image data submitted to PictoSEO.
4. Waitlist and early access
Waitlist registration does not guarantee access or specific pricing. Exclusive lifetime offers, if offered, will be subject to separate eligibility criteria communicated at invite time.
5. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Invictosoft Ltd is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to fees paid in the twelve months preceding the claim, or £100 if no fees were paid.
6. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. Contact pictoseo+contact@invictosoft.com for questions.
