Our commitment
Invictosoft Ltd operates PictoSEO with security embedded in product design, infrastructure, and operational practices. We treat merchant catalog data and customer information as confidential.
Infrastructure
Production systems run on managed cloud infrastructure with encryption in transit (TLS 1.2+) and encryption at rest for databases and backups. Access to production environments is restricted, logged, and limited to authorized personnel.
Application security
We validate input at system boundaries, enforce least-privilege access, rotate credentials, and monitor for anomalous activity. Security patches are applied on a risk-prioritized basis.
Incident response
We maintain an incident response process to investigate, contain, and remediate security events. Where required, affected customers and regulators will be notified in accordance with applicable law.

If you discover a security issue, please report it responsibly to pictoseo+contact@invictosoft.com. Include steps to reproduce and impact assessment. We aim to acknowledge reports within two business days.
